Thai Yoga Massage (60 Minutes)
Thai massage blends elements of acupressure, asanas (yoga postures), stretching, energy healing, palming, thumbing and gentle twisting. This helps in restoring the balance in the body and deepening the connection between mind. Often a deep sense of peace is experienced during and after a Thai Yoga Massage. No oils or creams are used and both the practitioner and the recipient are dressed in comfortable clothing. Sessions are 60 minutes long.
