"Learn-to-Swim"
Signing your child up for swimming lessons is truly a gift that you give to your child. Swimming is an activity that offers a lifetime of safety, fun, AND fitness!
Watch your child become more confident in the water while making new friends. Each weekly lesson is a half-hour long. Class sizes are kept small to ensure that each swimmer will get enough personal attention. Swim caps are recommended for all swimmers with hair longer that 3 inches. (Doing so will help keep hair out of eyes and mouth as well as to keep the pool clean.
Private and Semi-Private lessons are also available upon request. At your Apartment and Private pools.
This level is truly our most beginner level. Six year old are required to be in this class as well as any other children that are still working on attaining the level standards. Children will be in this level until they are comfortable in the water, can submerge their face, and can blow bubbles.
Adult Swim Classes (Age Above 18 Years).
No matter what your age, there are swim skills to learn and enjoy. Swimming is a wonderful fitness activity, enhancing cardiovascular fitness while increasing muscle strength and endurance. People tend to learn best in an environment that is positive and fun. Yash, aquatic instructor strive to offer students learning experiences that are both pleasurable and effective.
Listed below are some ways you can increase your chances of pleasure and success at swim class. Sign up for the appropriate class based on skill level. You will find guidelines to assist you in determining the correct class. Attend all classes and arrive on time. Review the skills being taught at each level. You can monitor your progress. The class will be taught in accordance with the skill level of the group.
If you have concerns about your progress, talk with your instructor or the aquatic supervisor at your site.
It is so important to realize that all people learn differently, especially some of the more challenging motor skills in a foreign environment (the water) where breathing must be managed when the face is in the water. Don’t be discouraged if you are not progressing as rapidly as others. For adults, learning to swim draws on many things such as motor skills, fear or lack there of water and past experiences. Just be patient, have fun and congratulate yourself for taking swim lessons. Repeating the same level is perfectly acceptable. Some classes must be taken more than once by students because there are so many skills to accomplish.

Practice your arm strokes in front of a mirror, Practice kicking on a bed or a chair, Close your eyes and envision yourself swimming laps at the pool, swimming in open water, or even swimming the Channel!
